The Golden Samovar Banquet Facility is pleased to offer the enclosed package designed to complement your event. We welcome the opportunity to customize or create a special menu for you. Final menu selections are requested 4-6 weeks prior to your function.
Linens, Decorations and Equipment:
The Golden Samovar Banquet Facility provides tablecloths, napkins, chair covers and skirting for event. We welcome you to choose from our color choices for your linen and napkin colors. Other specialty linens may be obtained from an outside source or through The Golden Samovar for a nominal fee. Four votive candles per table, your choice between hurricane lamps or candelabras, and mirror tiles are complimentary.
The Golden Samovar will provide a dance floor at no charge. There is a charge for stage equipment.
Parking:
Complimentary self-parking is available. Valet parking is available at current rates.
Wedding Ceremonies:
Any wedding ceremony held on property is subject to a $500 ceremony charge.
We have limited outdoor space and require that outdoor chairs be rented through our
facility for $2.50++ per chair. In case of inclement weather, we reserve the banquet hall to hold the ceremony in.
Bride and Groom Departure:
Due to environmental concerns, no rice, potpourri, or paper products may be thrown at departure. We allow and recommend rose petals
and bubbles for outdoor use only. Rose petals may be used during the ceremony also inside
Wedding Cake:
Depending on your package it may include the Bride’s Wedding Cake. Edible Designs by Jessie will meet with you privately
to discuss and arrange the details regarding your wedding cake included in the package. Jessie prefers to have the final
selection 4-6 weeks prior to your event. She also welcomes the opportunity to arrange for the groom’s cake. Any
upgrades or additions will be handled directly with Jessie. Please contact her at 281-556-5523. Outside cake
vendors are allowed, however, there is no reduction in the package price.
Photography Packages:
The Golden Samovar partners with Houston Photo & Video for your upcoming wedding photos.
Our package start at $1,000 and we would love to introduce our package to you.

The Golden Samovar’s Gift to the Bride and Groom:
On your special day The Golden Samovar would like to present the new husband and wife with a
complimentary wine/champagne basket. This is our way of toasting your new life together and
thanking both of you for celebrating your once in a life time event with us. Thank you.
Payment and Guarantees:
It is our policy that attendance and final payment of estimated total be due 2
weeks prior to commencement. This number is considered a final guarantee.
Food preparation and charges are based upon the guaranteed number of guests.
If more than the guarantee is served, you will be charged accordingly. If no
guarantee is received 2 weeks prior, charges will be based on original estimated
number of guests. Remaining balance are due at the conclusion of the event
unless secured with a credit card.
Food and Beverage Minimums:
All contractual agreements state a minimum revenue guarantee in food and beverage based
upon the event being held. This number may be below your anticipated expenditure,
and is not the final cost of the event. Minimum revenues, guarantees do not include
service charge, labor charge and sales tax.
Food and Beverage Remainder:
No leftover food, except the Anniversary Tier of the Wedding Cake or extra cake, may be removed
from the premises. All remaining food is property of The Golden Samovar and will disposed through our company.
Service Charge and Sales Tax:
A service charge of 22% and sales tax of 8.25%will be added to all food purchases.
A service charge of 22% will be added to all alcoholic purchases.
