Customized Package

Custom packages must be scheduled with an event coordinator. Prices will not be discussed over the phone, but in person only.

Room Usage Only

If you would like to book our banquet room without food, these are the terms and conditions.

Room Rental on Friday and Sunday From 10 am until midnight	$3500
Room Rental on Saturday From 10 am until midnight	$5000

You will get tables and chairs with this package All other items must be rented from our vendors

You will have to bring in your staff and the room must be cleaned and all trash removed from the premises after the event.

Your catering company must have insurance and must present the Golden Samovar with proof of insurance for the event.

No alcohol is allowed from outside sources all alcohol must be purchased from the Golden Samovar since we are TABC licensed

A $500 deposit will be held and returned to you the evening of the event if no damages or incidents happen at the location.
